Waste rooms are located on each floor for your convenience. Our building porter is responsible for gathering recycling and bringing it downstairs, but residents are expected to do their part by following the below guidelines for proper recycling and trash disposal.
If items are too large or bulky to fit down the chute, please take them downstairs and dispose with the garbage outdoors.
Please take a few minutes to watch the video How to Recycle Properly and keep reading to ensure our building is in compliance with city regulations and we avoid fines.
Place mixed paper, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, and phone books into the plastic crate. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and flattened before placing in the waste room.
