Is your air conditioner secured properly? Please make sure your window a/c is installed correctly using an approved bracket. Note: there is a new $50 fine for unsecured units.
Help conserve energy during the summer: Friendly reminder to use your air conditioner's energy-saving or eco mode and to turn units off when away from home.
Stay warm during the winter: Friendly reminder that it is best practice to remove window air conditioning units when not in use for the season. We understand this can be challenging, however. To prevent heat loss, you can use an insulation kit to fill gaps and block cold air from entering through the unit itself. Kits can be found at local hardware stores and online retailers like Amazon or Wal-mart.

Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of our building common areas — both inside and out — is much appreciated! Please clean up after pets and children, refrain from smoking outside of your private residence, and help keep trash rooms free of food waste and other improperly discarded items (see Trash & Recycling Guidance).
We kindly ask that you also keep our building secure. Please notify management of any issues with unsecured doorways and do not leave doors propped open.
