As co-op shareholders, we have a shared responsibility for the care and maintenance of our building—participation in the annual Shareholder Meeting is the most direct opportunity to voice concerns and have input. Official business (including the election of Board members) can not take place, however, without a majority of shareholders attending in person or by Proxy.
Management provides notification prior to each meeting along with instructions for assigning a proxy. Participation and attendance is encouraged.
